Simply add your email address and password to create your Xibo Account and let us know what you’d like to name your Cloud Hosted CMS
2. Activate your account and get your login details
Don’t forget to activate your account by clicking on the link you’re emailed! Once you’ve done that, we’ll set up your CMS in 10 minutes and email you the login details.
3. Configure your Displays

What is the Xibo CMS?
The Xibo CMS is the web application from which digital signage network is managed. It’s where you will create your content, schedule to the connected screens, and check your system’s status. The Xibo CMS is accessed via a web browser once setup.
What are the Xibo Players?
Digital signage players are pieces of software that are responsible for displaying your content. They need to be installed on hardware that’s connected to the screens, either internally or externally. We have players for hardware running Windows, Android, Tizen, webOS and Linux. The players are paired with your CMS and automatically download their scheduled digital signage over the internet.
