The White Label Reseller programme is ideal for partners who want to display their own branding, instead of Xibo’s, across the solution. By simply uploading your resources and requesting a build, you can be on your way to a branded digital signage offering.

The Distributor programme is for you if you want a license to resell the Xibo products, whilst keeping and leveraging the Xibo brand. As a Distributor you will get access to discounted prices and be able to offer a compelling service to your customers.

Sign Up Process

Once you have decided the Programme is for you, Sign up using the button below., You will need to review and accept the Channel Partner Agreement, and make pay any due fees. You can review a copy of our Channel Partner Agreement here.

As a White Label Reseller you will have access to our products, with a discount of 5%, and as a Distributor you receive a 12% discount. These products and prices will show by default if purchasing while logged into My Account. Discounts are available on, Professional, Business and Enterprise Plan costs, and on Independent Pricing applies to Xibo Cloud Hosting and renewals, and Player licenses. Discounts are not available on any other products.

The White Label Reseller Programme will get you set up with a branded solution. Upload your branding* for the products you need and have your application package built in real-time. You will be able to purchase additional white label brands for all our products, both Open Source and Commercial, if you need to resell under more than one brand. Please note that for the Xibo CMS and Windows player the AGPL Licence and Copyright notices must remain present and visible. Xibo for Android will not show any licensing information. Your customers must always know they are using Open Source software.

  • Branding set up excludes Cloud Custom / Vanity Domains
  • Act with integrity and transparency at all times
  • All Channel Partners are bound by the AGPLv3 licensing requirements of Xibo components which are released as Open Source.
  • You’ll need to let your customer know that they are using Open Source software, ensure that you enforce a EULA at least as stringent as ours and be aware that you remain the licence holder of any commercial licences.
  • All channel partners must accept and comply with our terms and conditions.
  • If you are a White Label Reseller you will not have rights to use the Xibo brand without authorisation.
  • If you are a Distributor or Value-Add Reseller, your use of the Xibo brand and trademark must comply with the terms set out in the partner agreement.
  • Please note that for the Xibo CMS and Windows player the AGPL Licence and Copyright notices must remain present and visible. Xibo for Android will not show any licensing information.
  • You will not use resell products for your own consumption.
  • The channel partner programme is only available in countries Xibo is available in.

What is meant by Reselling?

If you wish to purchase any part of the Xibo solution to sell on to your own customers, therefore making your customers the ‘new’ owners of the Cloud hosted CMS and / or Players, or Plans you will need to apply to be a Channel Partner.

If your intention is to purchase Xibo Plans, products and services for yourself where you will remain as the owner, or if you will be managing the solution for your customers as a Managed Service Provider, there is no requirement to apply to become a Channel Partner.

If you are an end user and want to resell concurrently, you can use two accounts.

This is dependent on which brand you want to sell to your customer under and therefore which brand is presented in the software, Xibo or your own?

If you would like the CMS and Players to present your own brand by showing your own logos instead of the shipped Xibo logos, you would need to apply to the White Label Reseller program.

If you wish to leverage the Xibo brand and therefore keep all existing Xibo logos on the CMS and Players, you would need to apply to the Distributor programme.

Please note: You cannot White-Label the CMS and Players with your own branding at a later date on this programme.

Under the White Label Reseller programme you need to purchase the White Label on behalf of your customer.

If you are a White Label Reseller, your customers branding replaces your branding

If you are a Distributor your customers’ branding replaces the Xibo branding.

White Labels allow you to present alternative branding to the Xibo CMS and Players. Once purchased and configured, the White Label can be used multiple times.

Additional White Labels can be purchased for multiple branding requirements, one White Label would need to be purchased per brand.

White labelling does not include Display Slots for Cloud Hosting, Player Licenses or Vanity /Custom domains, which will need to be purchased separately.

Once the application has been accepted and the set-up fee has been paid, discounts will be applied to the following products and services:

  • Cloud hosting for a Cloud hosted CMS
  • Renewals for a Xibo in the Cloud hosted CMS
  • Player Licences, both perpetual, for Xibo for Android, Xibo for Tizen and Xibo for webOS.
  • Professional, Business and Enterprise Plans
