Terms and Conditions

First purchase of Xibo for Android, webOS, Tizen or ChromeOS perpetual licenses or a Professional, Business or Enterprise Plan. Offer only applicable to new customers and only applicable to the initial term (not applicable at renewal). Offer expires March 31st 2026, only available via the form.

General

1.1 These promotion terms and conditions are supplemented by our general terms and conditions which can be found at https://xibosignage.com/terms.

1.2 From time to time, Xibo Signage Ltd and Xibo Signage Netherlands BV may run promotional offers.

1.3 Promotional offers may not be combined with any other offer.

1.4 All promotional offers are subject to availability and qualifying conditions. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time without notice.

1.5 No cash alternative is available.

1.6 We shall not be liable for any financial loss out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotional offer, or for any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

Discounts

2.1 Where a promotion states that a discount is given on a purchase up to a stated percentage, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying products.

2.2 Any supplementary costs shall not be discounted.

2.3 Refunds for products or services purchased by a Consumer under a promotional offer will be based on the discounted price paid. No refunds are available for B2B sales per our standard terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
