Announcement: Xibo & DSDevices Partnership

Xibo & DSDevices join forces to simplify the buying experience for customers.

We are pleased to announce that Xibo and EV4 Ltd, the creators of DSDevices, have partnered to enable customers to purchase DSDevices exclusively through the Xibo shop.

“DSDevices have been a long-standing recommended hardware option for Xibo, and the two companies have worked in collaboration for a number of years. Enabling customers to purchase DSDevices media players and Xibo software together in one place, is an obvious step for us to simplify and improve the customer experience,” - Chris Hopkins, Director at Xibo.

Initially, only the DSCS9 Android media player will be offered through the Xibo shop, but this is planned to expand in the near future.

“We are proud to be working in partnership with Xibo, and already working closely together to develop a Linux media player, which we hope to release soon,” - Keith Hamilton, Director EV4 Ltd.

The DSCS9 is ready for purchase in the Xibo Shop, offered at $99 USD + VAT, and will be shipped by DHL. This new partnership means that all existing and new customers benefit from a simplified purchasing and in-life support experience through Xibo, while the product continues to be built and developed by the experts at DSDevices.

From the 10th of October 2019, all purchases for existing and new customers must be made via Xibo.

Please note: If you have previously purchased DSDevices, but do not have a Xibo account, you will need to create an account and request a license pool transfer prior to purchasing further devices. If you have a Xibo account but do not see your licenses previously purchased through DSDevices, then please request a transfer before purchasing further devices.
