Xibo for Android 1.4/1.6 R38 is now available

Announcing R38 of Xibo for Android 1.4/1.6.

The client is still available on a free 14 day no obligation trial and available to purchase directly from our website. Instructions for upgrading from an earlier release can be found in the FAQ. It’s also well worth having a look at the Knowledge Base.

Features and Issues resolved in this release:

• Stability improvements to prevent crashes during a network outage
• Send more log messages at one time when in “catch up” after a network outage
• Improvements to the error messages provided by the CMS when the Server Key is incorrect or there is some other issue with downloading Media
• Status screen reports free storage
• Files will not attempt to download if the free storage space is insufficient
• Library files that are no longer required will be deleted immediately if the free storage space is below 10%, otherwise the 7 day rule still applies.
• Fixed an issue with the “Duration is per item” setting on Ticker Media.
