Xibo for Android R53 Available

We would like to announce Xibo for Android v1.7 R53. This release works with Xibo CMS versions 1.4, 1.6 and 1.7.

Features and Issues resolved in this release:

• Automatic Update for rooted devices (see the Upgrade Guide for more details)
• Improved logging for common issues
• Fixed problem detecting SD cards on some devices
• Allowed utf-8 display names
• Allowed user to skip the “connect to CMS” wizard
• Provided the licence dialogue for players connected to 1.7 CMS’s
