Spring Signage are pleased to announce Xibo for Android v1.7 R59. This release works with Xibo CMS versions 1.4, 1.6, 1.7 and has legacy mode for 1.8.
Features and Issues resolved in this release:
- Fixed an issue with the new Video Player released in R58 so that it is disabled by default. This was always our intention, however it was enabled by default in R58. If you have trouble with video in R58 then please upgrade to switch back to the old Video Player.
- Included a new option to enable the Web Browser cache for embedded/web page media types.
Download Xibo for Android R59.
Instructions for upgrading from an earlier release can be found in the FAQ. It’s also well worth having a look at the Knowledge Base.
If you have a white label build of the application it is available in your account.
