Xibo for webOS v3 R300 Available

Xibo Signage is pleased to announce Xibo for webOS v3 R300. This release works with Xibo CMS version 3.0.0 onward and has a legacy mode for 2.0.0 onwards.

Version 3 has arrived.

This release is the first Xibo for webOS player to support interactive actions, which were added to Xibo version 3.

Fixes and Features:

  • Feature: Interactive click action support.

  • Feature Interactive web hook action support.

  • Fix: Background image shrinks when "Connect to CMS" button clicked.

  • Fix: Portrait layout scheduled to landscape orientation issue.

  • Fix: Overlays not appearing on the player.

  • Fix: Overlays appear in the wrong area of the player window.

  • Fix: Audio widget not working.

  • Fix: Layout resolution can cause player to freeze.

  • Fix: 404 errors returned when player is first connected to a CMS.

  • Fix: Mouse not working with player.

  • Fix: Player does not continue to register with the CMS while downloading files.

  • Fix: webOS 6 displays not working with On/Off timers.

  • Fix: Incorrect CMS credentials return "object object" error.

  • Fix: Unresponsive player after "Connect to CMS" button is clicked when first connecting to the CMS.

  • Fix: Adding parameters to the nominated file field in HTML Package not working.
