Flexible Support: Xibo Extends Help Desk Hours

Support doesn’t always fit inside normal working hours, so we’re making sure ours does.

To better serve our commercial* customers across the globe, Xibo has expanded its Help Desk availability.

When does it start?

Start date: Effective now
Coverage: 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday (UTC)
How to contact support: Create a ticket via My Account

We now cover a broader range of global time zones. This means better coverage for customers in the US, EU, and APAC.

What stays the same?

The quality of support you get hasn’t changed. You can expect:

  • The same Help Desk access (via My Account)
  • Expert support from our team
  • No changes to existing support plans or SLAs

Digital signage needs go beyond standard 9–5 hours. So, we’re making sure that you can get the support you need – wherever you’re based.

*Please note that Help Desk support is only available to commercial customers on a plan with perpetual licences, or on a legacy support contract. If you are self-hosting the Xibo CMS or using one of our open-source players (Windows or Linux), please visit our Community for support.
