We are pleased to announce Xibo for webOS v4 R404. This release works with Xibo CMS version 4.0.0 onward and has a legacy mode for 2.0.0 onwards.
This release has been disabled due to a known issue whereby the Player cannot upgrade from R404 to a later version.
Fixes and Features
This release contains 10 resolved issues.
- DataSet: expired DataSet widget still appearing on the display
- Widget: YouTube video fails to play after a reboot
- Playlist: Dynamic Playlist changes are not working
- Interactive: trigger actions not working
- Connection: Remove library metadata when file download mode setting changed on CMS
- Connection: Clear Required files and library metadata when connect to new CMS
- Connection: Error with CMS settings when it tries to connect to CMS for the first time
- WebOS 6 : Fix USB error on firmware 8.17.45 and after
- Layout : Background colour when layout doesn’t fit
- WebOS 3.2 and later : Make use of external memory like USB flash drive

The download for this release has been removed due to a bug which prevents the Player from being able to upgrade from R404 to later versions.
