Error message - Player is missing dependencies
Problem:
No content loading with error message ‘Player is missing dependencies’ displayed on status screen of the Player
Cause:
Missing files from the Library.
Solution:
Verify Modules to reinstall any missing files from the Library.
Click on the Modules page from the CMS main menu and click on the Verify All button.
Once verified the Player will complete its download.
You may need to clear the cache for that Display by clicking on Edit from the Display’s row menu. Click on the Advanced tab and tick the Clear Cached Data box (this may already be ticked). Click on Save to action the removal of any cached data for this Display.
